Cancellation ( if applicable )

We accept order cancellation before order is shipped. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will get a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.

We CANNOT cancel the order if the order is already being shipped out.

Return & Exchange

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 7 days of the delivery date. We currently do not generate return labels for shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
Please note, you need to email us at service@mooslover.com before returning your items. Please keep in mind that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on items marked final sale.

To be eligible for return, the following requirements must be met:
  1. You must make sure that the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused in their original condition and package, with all tags attached and anything needed but not mentioned here for second sale.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 7-day of delivery period has expired, show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  3. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Fastarry will not be held liable for parcels damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order- in contrast - do not separate a return for an order into multiple boxes. Combining or separating registered returns will slow down the refund process.

How to Return

  1. Please email us at service@mooslover.com and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. Proof of purchase is required prior to return.
  3. Return your product with a paper of the order number inside the package to the address. The order number can be found in your order confirmation email / shipping confirmation email by logging into your Mooslover Account.
  4. Some photo evidences about the products if you are applying for defective products.
  5. Initial shipping fee is not refundable.

Refund ( if applicable )

We accept refund only if the products are faulty or defective. Customers have the right to apply for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
  1. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, having original tags/packaging attached as you received it.
  2. Any indicators of use for photoshoots or production does not comply with our refund policy.
  3. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and also a proof of defective.
Once your refund is approved, we will refund to your original payment account within 1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds ( if applicable )

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: service@mooslover.com
