When Will My Order Ship?

Normally, your package will be reviewed and packed within 3 business days. In case of major festivals or irresistible factors, there will be corresponding delays.

If your package contains out-of-stock or pre-ordered products, we will contact you, please pay attention to our emails. It might be delay due to the festival or peak season, please do contact us if we don't contact you in time.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

Notification will be sent to your email address after the shipping update. It might take a while because there will be a certain delay in the return of logistics information. Or you can log in your Mooslover arccount to check the order page. Tracking number will be updated on above the customer information. (shows as picture below)

If you haven't received your notification email, please check if you have provided the right email address. Otherwise, please check your junkmail or other inbox. 

Due to the existence of blocking rules in mailboxes, emails that have not been added to the whitelist or special domain name suffixes will easily be classified as spam or fail to be delivered.

Why there's no tracking info in details?

Because of the international delivery rule, tracking number will be switched to another form after arriving at the country of receiver. The update of latest tracking information will be slightly delayed due to the switching.
