How To Apply an Exchange


  1. To star the exchange process, kindly contacted us with the detailed reason of exchange and the new item(s) you would like to exchange for. We will start the process for you and reply to you with detailed instructions.
  2. We offer free exchange for wrong/missing/damaged item. Kindly contact us with requested information in report email(s) are helpful in accelerating the exchange process.
  3. Wrong or less item(s): please contact us within 10 days upon receipt of the package, and provide pictures to show the shipping label, sku code on the tag and label, and all items received.
  4. Damaged item(s): Please kindly provide some video/images of the damaged part.
  5. Package not received: please kindly provide the screenshot of communication with the express (or the proof of package missing from post office) for an efficient workflow on our side. We will file a case after receiving your request. And please allow us to take up to 7 days for this issue.


How To Apply a Return


  1. Kindly contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or send us an email with title "Return Request: #2SY-XXXXX(Your Order Number)"
  2. Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
  3. We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.
  4. Please kindly please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt within 7 days after receiving the instruction.
  5. The refund will be processed within 2 business days after the item(s) are received and inspected.
  6. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  7. Return Acceptable: Bras and bodysuit, being personal items in direct contact with the skin, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used items for return.
  8. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
    PS:Whether the product received is correct should be judged based on the product's SKU Code.

Cancel Order


  1. You can change or cancel your order before your order is packed in our warehouse (2 hours upon payment). Please kindly contact us with your order number, cancel reason, or item/address you would like to change to. Kindly notice that we cannot cancel or modify your order if the product is already shipped out.
  2. If your order is cancelled successfully, payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after your order is successfully cancelled. Please note that the processing time will depend on your bank. (Processing might be delayed during holidays.)
